Outbound Sales Development Representative

  • On Target Earnings of up to $70,000 annually.

  • Work from anywhere in the US as long as you’re available during business hours (8:00 AM CT and 5:00 PM CT, M-F). Preference will be given to candidates in the St. Louis, MO region.

What We’re Looking For

We need a seasoned Outbound SDR with 1-2 years of relevant experience to prospect for customers, generate qualified leads for the Sales team, and become an expert on our platform and market.

Responsibilities

As a an Outbound SDR you will:

  • Leverage prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision makers at for our ICP
  • Craft targeted outreach approaches and collaborate with the sales team to source prospective clients.
  • Drive outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and communicating our value proposition to decision makers.
  • Travel for and represent LeadPost at trade shows and other related sales opportunities
  • Book meetings with prospective customers within a defined ICP.
  • Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to decision-makers
  • Strategically optimize daily activities to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
  • Add to the lead pipeline to generate Sales Accepted Qualified Opportunities.
  • Perform outreach prior to trade shows that results in scheduled meetings at the trade show. 
  • Follow up and book meetings with prospective clients after trade shows.
  • Maintain impeccable records of all activities in CRM 
  • Seed competitors
  • Know the ins and outs of our top 3 competitors’ platforms and pricing models
  • Proactively stay updated on company product knowledge and market trends
  • Engage with social media platforms for monitoring, research, and sharing relevant information with content producers and respondents.
